Information
General Information:
In 2024 we continue to rent just a few rooms. We have no vacancies. Since 2021 we accomodate primarily frequent client and only for periods of one month (June, July, August) or two weeks in September.
Interested persons can be put on our waiting list (villa.paulick@cablevision.at). However rooms are very limited and waiting time is very long. Breakfast is no longer offered, but can be prepared in the common kitchen.
Information for Guests:
Arrival:
The room is available from 2:00 pm. Check in between 2:00 and 7:00 Saturday. Late arrival needs to be announced and confirmed.
Departure:
Check out between 9:00 and 11:00 am. The room is available until 10:00 am. The garden and the bathing can be used until the evening. Please pay cash or agree about a prepayment.
Cars:
One car can be parked per room. On the day of departure, we ask you to move your car to the public parking spaces before 10:00 am.Map: hier.
Breakfast:
Food can be stored in the refrigerator of each room or in the kitchen at the ground floor. Between 7:30 - 11:00 breakfast can be prepared in the common kitchen. Nespresso coffee machines are available in each room. If the waether allowes breakfast can be consumed on the terrace (until 10:00) or in the garden (at any time).
Internet:
All floors are equipped with WLAN. Please ask for the password.
Water sports:
The property is about 4500 m2. Ther is sunbathing area and a boat house. Swimming, surfing or sailing is possible. Guests can bring there own equipment and store it during their stay according to availability of space.
Animals:
Small to medium animals are allowed. A daily fee is being charged.
