The Paulick house “Villa Paulick” is a historical site at Seewalchen/Attersee. Built in 1877 many families have enjoyed their summer vacation at this very place in the ‘Salzkammergut’. Following this tradition, the Messner family runs a B&B during summer at the same location. In addition there are a few exclusive events in the traditional rooms or outside close to the lake.
Guests of the house stay in individually furnished, spacious rooms with a touch of the 19th century’s style of life. The waterfront garden offers approximately 4500 m2 of green and a boathouse with a bridge.
Family-oriented atmosphere and various possibilities to enjoy water sports surround you and invite you to relax. The house opens at the end of June and closes at the end of September and offers rooms for 1 to 4 persons with a view of the lake. Caused by its history, layout and furnishing of the rooms varies.
The Villa Paulick is located directly at the promenade of Seewalchen. Access via car is possible from the main street. Parking only for guests of the b&b. It is allowed to to drive in for 5 minutes to accompany people with handicaps
